This section lists periodicals with significant graphological content or in allied fields such as forensic document examination. The information has been included as a ready source for researchers to identify sources for data, and for authors to submit articles. Periodicals vary in appearance, they may be academic-style journals or more humble, www-produced photocopy newssheets. An asterisk (*) appears next to journals which are particular favourites of the editor of this section. Some publishers produce Internet versions. Some periodicals carry advertising. Where possible this information is given: the ISSN reference number, the date of foundation, the frequency of publication and the print run. Circulation sizes vary; the membership size of the organisation producing the periodical can indicate circulation. Prices also vary: some periodicals are part of a subscription package. The editor's name and contact details have been provided. Where possible web-sites are given, these may provide more up-to-date information.

Most periodicals listed are available. For details of titles that have stopped publication or changed name, researchers should see Scrittura Issue 100 (Oct-Dec. 1996) and Gille-Maisani's The Psychology of Handwriting (Scriptor Books, London 1992). Graphologists may be interested to know that several non-graphological publications have included handwriting-related articles in recent years. Notable titles are:
